Return and Refund Policy

We are happy to accept return within 7 days of receipt, provided that:

​

  • All returned items must be unworn/unused with original tag(s) and packaging intact. 

  • Items within our “excluded item” category are non-refundable, including:

  • Discounted & Final Sale items (including both Markdown items and discount codes)

  • Intimate apparel, underwear, and swimwear

  • Books, prints, and stationery  

  • Gift Card

  • Items can be returned to our retail store or by post. 

  • We do not provide return labels, refund shipping fees, taxes, and duties. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

  • We will not be responsible for item damages or items lost in the return delivery. 

  • Make sure you’ve reached out to customer service (info@fareastnappingclub.com) before returning an item and receive the confirmation email from us. Items shipped without our consent may be refused upon delivery.   

  • We will not be responsible for items that are damaged or lost in the return delivery process.

Refunds


Once the returned item(s) has been quality-checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method together with a confirmation e-mail with the refund details. It can take up to 10 business days to process the return items, subject to its compliance with our Return Policy. Please note that it may also take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction.
 
Far east napping club limited reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice and has the final decision in case of any dispute.


Damaged Goods


All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately at info@fareastnappingclub.com.


Shipping and Delivery


All Hong Kong orders are usually processed within (72 hours) 3 days of orders placed and shipped via SF Express. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your parcel tracking number. For additional questions about shipping or to request overnight shipping, please email us at  info@fareastnappingclub.com.


Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours of orders placed, but can take up to 1 week to ship. Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be processed the next Monday.

 

International shipping

Orders placed will usually be processed and shipped within 72 hours of orders placed. We ship via SF Express/ DHL/EMS for international orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your parcel tracking number. It generally takes 5-14 business days to be delivered. Please note, we have no control over SF Express/ DHL/EMS shipment or customs delays. Such delays can prolong delivery time up to 30 business days and you should contact SF Express/ DHL for further information. Far East Napping Club is not responsible for customs fees and/or duties.

Processing time

​

Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of orders placed, but can take up to 1 week to ship. Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be processed the next Monday.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our DHL/ SF Express 2-3 Day Priority Mail, or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.

Trackiing my order

​

As soon as your item(s) is(are) shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order. If you want to change the address or have a question about the whereabouts, please first contact the shipping carrier directly as we do not control packages once they leave our shipping center.  Please have your tracking number ready.

 

For All Other International Orders

​

For orders outside Hong Kong SAR, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, including tracking and insurance. Insurance amount shall be the value of the returned merchandise. We strongly encourage customers to send returned packages via a trusted and reputable courier service. Far East Napping Club  is NOT responsible for packages lost in transit on returned items.

International
 

Outside Hong Kong SAR, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Far east napping club. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. We recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to ourshop. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching ourshop. We will examine the returned goods for eligibility of refund or exchange. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or you’re Far East Napping Club account and will exclude original shipping costs in the case of expedited or international shipments (with the exception of faulty items).

For international orders, all prices shown are excluded your local taxes and duties. Customers are responsible for any taxes and duties charged by your local customs.
